Y Healthy Living
Y Healthy living is about more than fitness-it's about helping you live your healthiest, fullest life. Whether you're working toward a healthier weight, learning to prepare nutritious meals, preventing or managing chronic conditions like diabetes, strengthening your mental well-being, or bringing wellness into your workplace, the YMCA is here to support your journey.
Our evidence-based programs, knowledgeable staff, and welcoming community provide the encouragement, education, and connections you need to build healthy habits that last. No matter where you're starting, you'll find a place where you can set meaningful goals, discover support, and improve your overall well-being.
Our Healthy Living services may include:
- Healthy weight management
- Nutrition education
- Diabetes prevention and healthy lifestyle programs

- On-site group exercise classes

Designed to bring wellness onsite for Y Wellness Partner organizations. Our certified Y Instructor can provide a variety of class types on days and times that fit unique needs.
Class formats include:
Boot Camp, Zumba, Core & More, Line Dancing, Yoga, Pilates, Stretch, and other types of group exercise activities.
Program requirements: Scheduled through Y Wellness Works Group Exercise Class Memorandum and Understanding outlining details and expectations of the Partner arrangement.
Program cost:
• $100 per class
Health Chats
Our onsite and virtual health chats provide engaging, evidence-based education on a variety of health and wellness topics. Designed for workplaces, community groups, and organizations, these interactive sessions offer practical tools and expert guidance to help participants make informed choices, build health habits, and improve their overall well-being. Topics can be customized to meet the unique needs and interests of your group.

The Y's Open Doors Scholarship Program is available to anyone in need of financial assistance for Y membership and/or programming.
Registration: Ongoing; pricing based on a minimum of 10 members registered within 90 days and ongoing.

How to QualifyY Wellness Works partnership requires a minimum of 10 membership activations forged through an informal Wellness Partner agreement. Safe Place To BelongThe Y is committed to providing a safe environment and, therefore conducts regular sex offender screenings on all members, participants, and guests. If a match occurs, the Y reserves the right to cancel membership, end program participation, and remove visitation access.
